Big scam app
Someone had put a lot of effort in making this app all looks amazing intill you try too take money out .. this definitely have a call centre working as the support in this scam app do not use this as YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TOO TAKE MONEY OUT and God Knows what else they doing with all your personal information I’m in the middle of trying too get my money back from my credit card as these scammer will not give my money back . I don’t know how people like this can sleep at night I Have a Baby and I can’t afford too he scammed like this , I’m hoping my credit card will give my money back as my bank won’t give my money back , YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TOO WITHDRAW MONEY IF YOU DEPOSIT IN THIS APP ! X

Find a better casino 🤬
This casino, has very unreasonable requirements of a minimum deposit of £20, and a minimum withdrawal of £100, which it’s really hard to reach this amount of money with this app, is more the money you lose trying to take your wins out, than the money you could possibly be winning in a better casino, with better requirements and more fair to the people, absolutely disgusting app, never play it, I’ll be getting rid of it after I get my money back

Won’t give me a cash out
I had been using this app for a few days and I won £900 I tried to withdraw on the Sunday and the cancelled my withdrawal stating they needed more documents to verify I was who I was saying I was then I get verified and tried to withdraw again and it stuck on pending for 24 hours when I get around the messaging someone they stated they will inform the relevant department and I’m still waiting and it’s Tuesday now

All works well until you try and withdraw funds, I’ve now spent over 3 hours talking to “support” it asks for facial recognition yet there is no camera access from the app, they ask you to follow instructions that don’t work, use google chrome when they have fault finding on safari, asked me to upload front and back of drivers licence and a pic of me holding my licence, I’m still no where near withdrawing funds, it’s an absolute joke that you can deposit funds with a few click of buttons but taking out funds is like mission impossible, I would advise anyone not to get involved with this app, I’ve been promised twice now that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, I’m not convinced !
