Its okay, lot of issues
Had high hopes for this one, heard a lot of good things about it. A lot of stuff is stuck behind a monthly subscription. You get 30 scans total, you’re basically on a free trial period of the app.
A lot of the images for pins are poor quality with lighting, are angled weird, have parts of the pin cut off, or the image is of a cheesy looking knock off pin.
Some pins I own I cannot even find on the app. Most of the pins you see knock-offs of all over aren’t flagged as such on the app.
Takes 2-8 tries to find the pin I need using scans cause searching doesn’t always work and failed scans count to your limited number of free scans.
If you’re gonna hide the price of the pin behind a paywall at least tell us if it’s common or rare.

I think this app is incredibly useful, especially for serious pin collectors. It makes it easy to compare an authentic pin with the one you’re about to trade, which is a huge advantage. On top of that, it offers lots of other really useful and fun features!

Il serait également intéressant d’ajouter, dans la rubrique Blogs & Guides, les calendriers des sorties de pins de tous les parcs Disney (Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disney Resort, Hong Kong Disneyland, etc.), avec les sorties du mois ou de la semaine, et pas seulement celles des parcs américains.

Paid for the Subscription, Now the App Features No Longer Work and My Entire Collection Disappeared
Update: I’m updating my review because the issue has now been resolved. After several weeks of not being able to use the app, I opened it one morning and my original account, complete pin collection, and all features (including scanning and search) were restored. The support team also reached out to me after several attempt to contact them via app, my review, social media, and email, and offered to investigate my account.
The experience was still frustrating, especially as a paid annual subscriber, because I lost access to the app’s core features for several weeks and initially had difficulty getting a response. However, I’m happy that everything is working again and that my collection was recovered.
When the app works, it’s a great tool for Disney pin collectors, and I’m hopeful the developers continue improving reliability and support. Based on my current experience, I’m increasing my rating and hope things continue to run smoothly.

I purchased the annual subscription ($39.99) and uploaded my entire pin collection. At the end of June/beginning of July, my collection completely disappeared from the app. Around the same time, the scan feature stopped working, and every pin I try to scan returns “No matches found,” regardless of lighting, background, or pin type. The Explorer/search feature is also no longer working and returns “No pins found.”
I have updated the app, deleted and reinstalled it multiple times, and contacted support several times. Unfortunately, I have not received a response or a resolution yet.
I understand that technical issues happen, and I hope this can be resolved because this app has a lot of potential for collectors. However, as a paying subscriber, losing my collection data and being unable to use the main features of the app has been extremely frustrating.
I would appreciate communication from the support team and a solution to restore my collection and access the features I paid for.

Pic quality low, scanner okay but missing a lot of pins. Max 30 pins on board on free. Membership is £14.99 a month!! Which is ridiculous.

I needed a quick easy way to track my purchased and what pins I have. This works perfectly. Plus the whats trending and upcoming pins feature is awesome.
It’s alright
I like the trivia and the place where you can see all the pin trade ing events, but I have a problem with it, the limited amount of scans you have I have more than 100 pins and the scanner only has 30 SCANS! Not fair but the rest of it, it’s fine
Why would I have to pay money
Horrible!! I’m sure it works fine but the first thing it asks you to do is to buy a subscription so it can tell you about pins. I collect cards and have card apps to tell me the value of them without having a subscription. Do NOT download this app. They are just trying to scam you out of money.
This app should have been tested more before release.
Every pin I scan is matched incorrectly. The app consistently fails to identify the correct pin, and the overall user experience is very poor.

This app is perfect for pin traders! It helps me keep all my pins organized! it even lets you search pins so you can put them in your ISO which I love. If you guys haven’t downloaded this app you need to!! (:
