Paid for the Subscription, Now the App Features No Longer Work and My Entire Collection Disappeared
I really wanted to love this app, especially as a Disney pin collector, but I am currently very disappointed with my experience.
I purchased the annual subscription ($39.99) and uploaded my entire pin collection. At the end of June/beginning of July, my collection completely disappeared from the app. Around the same time, the scan feature stopped working, and every pin I try to scan returns “No matches found,” regardless of lighting, background, or pin type. The Explorer/search feature is also no longer working and returns “No pins found.”
I have updated the app, deleted and reinstalled it multiple times, and contacted support several times. Unfortunately, I have not received a response or a resolution yet.
I understand that technical issues happen, and I hope this can be resolved because this app has a lot of potential for collectors. However, as a paying subscriber, losing my collection data and being unable to use the main features of the app has been extremely frustrating.
I would appreciate communication from the support team and a solution to restore my collection and access the features I paid for.

Best app
This app is perfect for pin traders! It helps me keep all my pins organized! it even lets you search pins so you can put them in your ISO which I love. If you guys haven’t downloaded this app you need to!! (:
Will not pay
The app looks like it would be a good resource. But I have no desire to pay for an app that does what I can do without it. I can already sort my pins without the app. I can already look up the value of pins without the app. I can already look up the upcoming pins without the app. So why would I pay for this service?

Garbage
App is trash, scan a pin and it can’t even figure out a pin that matches. Scan a goofy and a mickey shows up. Scan a piglet and a Jessica rabbit shows up. Don’t waste your hard earned money on garbage, instead spend it on more pins at the resort. I had to put atleast 1 star but I would of put a -5 if possible

App is not functional, support is non-responsive
The app itself appeared to work well from what I can tell. I was having issues with my account so I attempted to delete my account within the app. This proved to be a big mistake because the app is connected to your device, not a login or email. I am now not connected to their servers. I am unable to scan, search, or use any feature of the app. It says plainly I am unable to connect to the servers. This is likely related to bad cache or something tied to my phone. I have uninstalled the app, reset my phone, tried different WiFi, etc. nothing has worked. I became frustrated and reached out to support. No response. I have messaged the company on multiple social medial. No response. Frustrating since it appears to be on their end. Again, I liked the app prior to the inability to use it so I would really like it fixed.

Money grab
I was really disappointed with this app. You only get 20 free scans before you’re forced into a $15/month subscription. There’s not even a basic free version. You can’t manually add pins to your collection or use any meaningful features without paying. This could have been a great app, but it’s essentially useless unless you’re willing to subscribe. I deleted it because the price just isn’t justified for what it offers.

It’s a great idea, but like many have said, most of what you actually want to use it for is for subscribing customers only. $$$ Sorry. Not for me.
Have to Pay to See Value
I get having to pay to see the value of pins to some level, but for a casual collector, not worth it. App should allow a few scans with the pricing per month.
Completely Disappointed
App not working, no pin data or lookups working, scans come back instantly with zero results, submitted support ticket with zero response from app. Paid for annual pass and this the result. Avid pin trader and heard great things about this app. Guess not.
Cross device sharing
I purchased this app on 6/28/26. I immediately contacted the developer and asked about cross device sharing with my wife. Here is their response:
“Hi there
Cross-device syncing for Apple is coming very soon in our next update! You and your wife will be able to share the same account across your iPhones seamlessly”
There have been multiple updates now and still can’t share with my wife. Get this fixed and you’ll get a better rating and probably more customers.

Good app needs fixing
App is good but don’t like that it’s device based. I just got the app and then got the yearly subscription. But can’t get my profile on my new phone so it feels like the subscription is pointless because I don’t want to pay for two subscriptions.
Not worth it if you want to use it casually
I understand locking price tracking features and scanning behind a paywall, but at least allow unlimited collection additions so I have a comprehensive place to keep track.

It’s a good app for what it’s for! It definitely works. The monthly price needs to be cheaper though.
Okay app
In this economy, it’s crazy you charge $14.99 a month just to scan and keep track of your pins. At least for the free version allow more than just 20; that’s really not a lot!
Seems a bit sus
Found out the App is using information scrapped from another Pin website. Also rubs me the wrong way that almost everything is behind a paywall
Money grubbing
Whatever happened to just creating a solid helpful app, where anyone can use. No immediately blocked by a paywall. Fork up $15 a month…sell ads man. I’ll just manually keep doing it myself on eBay
Pay to use
You only get 20 free scans to use for your pins but after that you have to pay for a membership. Essentially to use this app you have to pay 40 dollars.

Great idea but expensive.
It’s definitely far to expensive for what it is, a database of pins which for kids or the calm and chill collectors seems out of reach. I’m from the UK with a unique collection but having basically everything behind a paywall is kinda crazy and ridiculous but I hope it does well none the less
