Do not pay for this app if you're expecting to use this application on two devices, there is no creating an account, you can only use it on one device. Trying to export your saved locations is a major hassle, I urge you to look elsewhere. App deleted. I'll be requesting a refund too.
Superior - Unparalleled - Best World Travel App
I have used this in the US and Europe. It’s incredibly easy and very accurate. Mark the items you want to see, open the app, and find your way. I like to color code - restaurants, top sites, second-maybe-see sites, etc. More than once I’ve looked at this site and found that I was super close to a point of interest and didn’t even realize it! I’ve recommended this to many other happy travelers. I know that Google Maps is popular but this is far far better.

iCloud backup provisions?
I have loved this app for several years. Thousands of pins saved from jobs done to travel locations to best restaurants along with notes and photos on practically all of them.
I recently started having problems with my iphone which was backed up to iCloud every night. Once I restored my new phone from iCloud, I noticed that there was no provisions in either the pinbox app to restore from a backup, nor does the iCloud settings show the app as linkable to iCloud.
In FAQ:
“How do I backup my Pinbox data?
Your Pinbox data is automatically backed up whenever you backup your iOS device to iCloud or to your computer (through iTunes). If your device were to ever get lost or broken, your Pinbox data would be available on your new device as long as you set up your new device by restoring from backup.”
I’ve sent two emails to the Developer with no reply yet. Will update this review once they reply.
Summary, the app is great, but hopefully we get this backup situation worked out, I would hate to lose at least 10 years worth of diligent notetaking.

Why can’t you update the app so that I can also have landscape view rather than just be able to see the map one way ??? Also posting inaccurate names, it’s and it will always be the Gulf of MEXICO
