In my opinion, they misrepresented what you get when you pay for a subscription. Also, they don’t answer emails. I’ve canceled my subscription. Extremely disappointed.

I have annual subscription, however the Jaxon monthly reset has never occurred. I’ve sent numerous emails to different pine sports emails without response and tried a phone number that is no longer in service. without and response. I also reached out on social media, all without response. Just looking for assistant.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with this APP ever since the app merged with Linemaker. AI. I am one of the original users of this app. I’ve been trying to get a hold of Support for 4 weeks and nobody will answer me back to get my account straightened out.
