I have annual subscription, however the Jaxon monthly reset has never occurred. I’ve sent numerous emails to different pine sports emails without response and tried a phone number that is no longer in service. without and response. I also reached out on social media, all without response. Just looking for assistant.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with this APP ever since the app merged with Linemaker. AI. I am one of the original users of this app. I’ve been trying to get a hold of Support for 4 weeks and nobody will answer me back to get my account straightened out.

I’m extremely disappointed with this app. It has been down for several days now and continues to show “no data available” or no markets at all. I paid for this service expecting reliable access, especially when games are happening, but it has been completely unusable.
There has been no clear communication about the issue or when it will be fixed. When you’re paying for a betting tool, downtime during active sports days makes the app worthless.

Informed Betting, Less Time Commitment
I don’t have a lot of time to research bets anymore so Pine has been my answer to be able to make quick, informed bets. Pays for itself quickly even for a relatively casual bettor.
Not Worth The Money
As someone who is always looking for the next best app for sports betting tools, I thought I would try out the Pine Sports app one more time since I had used the website in the past. Right from the moment you open the app, the problems are obvious. The screens are sluggish and laggy, making even basic navigation a frustrating experience. It feels like the team cut server costs, because performance is genuinely bad. Not just "a little slow," but borderline unusable.
I had used the Pine Sports desktop version in the past and ran into serious accuracy issues, so I was hoping the app would be an improvement. It isn't. The predictions are unreliable at best and when tracking the props I played, they were hitting at a 32% win rate. You'd honestly have better odds flipping a coin. On top of that, I kept running into an "Unable to Connect" error whenever I tried to load a page, which made the app nearly impossible to use consistently. I uninstalled it after that happened a few times.
What makes all of this worse is the price tag: $119.99/month. For an app with this many performance issues and this level of inaccuracy, that price is hard to justify. It feels like a cash grab more than a polished, reliable product. If you're looking for a solid sports analytics app, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. There are better options available that actually deliver on what they promise. Very disappointed in this.

Best Sports Chatbot
The chat bot gives great detailed response with up to date info. Saves tons of time doing research and other generic chatbots just don’t have the same level of content

I’ve tried using ChatGPT for sports but it has always been off. The results aren’t current. I tried Jaxon and it’s absolutely perfect for a sports fan. The advanced analytics are huge for my research. Well done Pine Sports!
