App very poor
App keeps crashing leaving techs on idle ,too many steps just to clock on to a line, can only load one video per job card, so many updates yet no improvement and explanation of what was fixed or not fixed, can’t login on desk top app and app for vhc video upload

Does anyone check this software before they roll out an update? Every update done, the system gets worse I don’t know how you manage it
Absolute joke
What a cack handed, useless, badly thought out load of rubbish, made by people who have no idea how a workshop runs. This is supposed to save time, but it wastes it. Had low expectations after reading the reviews but it’s worse than I thought. If you were productive in the workshop before using this, you won’t be anymore.

Have to remove gloves to do finger print access each time I logging in to app , so gloves ended in the bin ,

I love this app. I don’t know why it gets so much hate. I missed the birth of my first child, just so I could have a play about with all the cool settings it has.
