I signed up for a number and plan and bought « coins » to call. Suddenly the number is gone. I still have coins in bank. They say I must sign up with new plan that has new prices to get my number back. When asked specific questions about why this happened, why I didn’t receive notice and how to prevent it from happening. I only received vague answers.
I asked what level of coins was needed to keep the amount and they just said « sufficient ». No real policy was given. So it seems they took away my number to get me to sign up with the higher prices. I rely on this number for my elderly father far away all his nurses and doctors had it and it had disappeared for who knows how long. Also inconsistant communication. Confidence lost.

Works until it doesn’t
I used this app to verify my eureka surveys account. I paid 2£ . It worked it first time until eureka asked me to verify my phone number again and it just wasn’t working as if they had blocked the phone number for being fake.So yeah pretty useless for 2£ in my opinion a refund would be nice.
