Got stuck inside the parking and no customer support
I parked at a parking lot that was super narrow and hard to get in. At the end I paid and proceeded to the gate which didn’t open. I tried several times to call the support number but it doesn’t even go through. At the end a neighbor opened the gate. You need to improve customer service and have clear instructions.

Used to be great
When it was a new app I loved it. But they have raised their prices a lot since then and there is no parking less than 12₪/hr. Might as well park in a parking lot.f
