Very Unsafe Experience — Fake Accounts, Harassment & No Proper Support
Within a short time of joining, I encountered multiple suspicious and fake-looking profiles using stolen photos, emotionally manipulative behaviour, and even abusive language from users after questioning suspicious activity. For a paid platform, the moderation and safety standards felt extremely poor.
What made the experience worse was the customer support response. Despite providing screenshots and evidence, my concerns were repeatedly answered with template responses while my refund request was dismissed simply because the membership had technically been “used.”
I understand no dating platform can guarantee every profile is genuine, but the volume of suspicious accounts and inappropriate interactions I experienced made the app feel unsafe and untrustworthy.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before spending money on this platform. Evidence and screenshots of my experience can be provided if required.
