Restore button and apps not working!!!

I’ve purchased the Monthly Pinkfong Plus Subscription and some apps work but the Dino World, The Numbers, Words app, and BabyShark World. Are not loading, keeps saying “connection to server failed” then kicks me out. Dino World won’t let me restore at all even when I deleted the app, restarted my device, pressed the restore button and I also updated my device to the lasted version. I’m getting nothing. I’m very disappointed in this monthly subscription, I will most likely cancel because none of these apps are working when the Pinkfong plus pertains to all Pinkfong apps. I thought me buying the monthly Pinkfong subscription will let me have full access, with no ads, full games. But the main games I’m trying to get for my son are not working. Fix it please.

Not what I was expecting

I thought this was going to be a good game for my little brother because he LOVES dinosaurs. And I downloaded it for him. 5 minutes later he says big brother! I don’t like it! And I saw and almost everything is locked and you have to pay 💰 to unlock it. He’s very upset. Please fix this pinkfong!!! It will make my little brother happy

Paid for it and it never worked

I paid for Pinkfong Plus. It never worked. I emailed the company for help. What they suggested didn’t work. I have have had all the apps included in Pinkfong Plus for several months and have never been able to use any of them.

Like it but

I paid for the version I have now and yet an ad still pops up. The whole reason I purchase this app was so no ads would pop up and become frustrating for my little one who doesn’t know how to exit out of it

Cool game but I think they should add more

So, I played this game today and it’s a very cool app, my favorite in this app is the coloring book and I will play it over and over again. So, How about you add more coloring pages and a size comparator. For example, The size comparator will be a dark magenta screen with a pink and yellow gradient for the size comparing screen, a human, and a selection of dinosaurs with names in alphabetical order, And, dinosaurs can be placed up to 100 dinosaurs, just like dinosaur master. And, in 36.0, which will come out on march 28, they can add more dinosaurs like cenozoic animals, paleozoic animals, the diplodocus, edmontonia, ouranosaurus, and more. In the coloring pages, a coloring page can be a diplodocus walking in the desert or a shantungosaurus and a spinosaurus in a desert lake or a megaloceros and a moropus and a sivatherium in a taiga lake or a macrauchenia in a forest or a deinocherius staring at the camera or a dakotadon in the second coloring page or a dilophosaurus showcasing its frills or a titanoboa and a phorusrhacos staring at the camera. Also, a live coloring book can be cool. Also for a sprite pack. And, In the coloring book, almost every coloring crayon is missing, and, There is no brown crayon in the game!!! Why would you skip brown, please add the brown!!!!!!, Also, Add tertiary and quarternary coloring crayons and a video maker similar to kinemaster.

방금 결제했는데 열리기만 다열리면 뭐해요.. 로딩만 무제한 걸립니다 애기 기대만하게 했다가 실망모드네요

몇주전에 버그잡앗다는 코멘트하셨던데 .. 잡으신거맞는지.. 이렇게 렉걸리는걸 2만원이나 주고 사다니..ㅠㅠ 진짜 실망이에요 환불하고싶어요 절차알려주세요

so i love this game and also please add some books to this game. i love books and add new songs. add a hadro saris song a spino saris song a stego sarus and a nodo sarus song also make the hadro sarus pink. pink is my favrite coler.

Membership issues.

The app's pricing structure is puzzling. Despite subscribing to the monthly plan, I'm still required to make additional purchases for full game access. This inconsistency is disappointing and undermines the value of the subscription.
