Really Fun

I am really enjoying this app thus far. I discovered it through the founder on Reddit and they are very open to consistent feedback which is always nice to see.

Really good site for car enthusiasts

Good place to track and share car builds, meet people around the world, along with mini challenges to keep up motivation.

Response from developer

Tracking the build, sharing it, meeting enthusiasts around the world, and having a few challenges for motivation, you summarized PinkSlips remarkably well.

It seems like an AI slop app

I’ve barely used the app, but I’m trying to adjust my privacy settings because I don’t really want other users to know where I’m from. Whenever I turn off a setting, it turns back on. I feel like I’m fighting one of those useless robots where the lid lifts and it flips the switch back.

Another complaint I have is that I constantly get invited to join a club or something over and over again in my email. If I haven’t accepted or declined the invite, maybe don’t let them send me another?

It seems like a really cool idea but man this initial experience has been really poor. Tell the AI to make less mistakes when you develop the next update.

Update 7/20: Still getting the JDM Division invite emails. I am just gonna delete my account I’ve given up on this app.

Response from developer

Thanks for trying PinkSlips. We’re sorry that your limited time with the app happened to center on two isolated issues while we were shipping changes to our native Settings experience. The privacy toggle could visually return to its previous state, which was a real bug and has since been fixed. We also reviewed the delivery history associated with your account and found no repeated club-invitation emails. We’ve tightened the invitation flow further so that declining an invitation will prevent that club from inviting the same user again. We do use AI-assisted development tools, as many modern software teams do, but every feature is designed, reviewed, tested, and maintained by our team. In this case, a bug slipped through, and we take responsibility for it. We’re sorry those isolated issues became your main impression before you had the opportunity to experience what PinkSlips is actually built for: documenting your vehicle in depth, exploring comparable builds, and discovering real clubs, shops, events, and automotive work. We appreciate the feedback and have used it to improve the app.

You had my curiosity, but now you have my attention.

I found this app after a friend had his car posted online. Love this concept and it’s a great tool for the car community. I cannot wait to see where this goes as it grows and look forward to interacting with fellow car enthusiasts.

Response from developer

Finding PinkSlips through a friend’s shared build is exactly how we hoped these garages would travel. We’re excited to keep earning that attention as the community grows!

5 Stars - All around

Finally an app for car guys, by car guys! Easy to track all mods and get inspiration from other builds. Some aspects of the app still need a bit of fine tuning, but the perks far outweigh it! Well done!

Response from developer

Appreciate the honest balance here. Making modifications easy to track while keeping build discovery useful is central to PinkSlips, and we’re continuing to fine-tune the rougher edges.

One of my favorite car apps

I love the concept that this app is built on, and how it allows the car community to come together to show off builds without judgement and to find their own groups of similar builds!

Response from developer

That is the kind of community we’re building for: show the work without judgment, then find people who genuinely care about the same platforms and styles. Honored to be one of your favorites.

THE Home for auto enthusiasts

You can tell the team behind PinkSlips genuinely loves cars — it shows and everything they build.
The features feel like they were designed by real enthusiast, the UI has that clean, motorsport, inspired polish, and even the paint colors they include (like the legendary Imola Red) make you feel right at home if you’re into BMW’s or classic performance builds. The product roadmap is equally impressive, and it’s clear they’re building this app with passion, not just checking boxes. Easily one of my favorite automotive apps.

Response from developer

You noticed everything from the clean interface to the manufacturer-inspired details. PinkSlips is built by people who genuinely obsess over anything that runs in wheels, so it means a lot that the care comes through!

The best app for car enthusiasts

Finally a social media for just car people. No fighting no nonsense must straight build
Facts and community

Made for the car enthusiasts, by car enthusiasts!

This app is so sick. It's got fun achievements and little "missions" to complete to earn points. But the main course is: very detailed and organized way of documenting your car build! It breaks it down so well and has such great features.

Response from developer

You described the balance we care about: detailed enough to become a real build record, but still fun enough to keep adding to it. The missions and achievements give that documentation a little extra momentum.

Car Community Social Media

PinkSlips is a neat new social media that allows you to share your car, modifications, and make friends in the same place!

Response from developer

Builds, full modifications, full history and story, and the people behind them! that’s the whole idea. Great to hear PinkSlips already feels like a natural home for your build.

Love this app

Perfect for showing off your car and connecting with different car communities around you

Social media for cars

Downloaded this app because i wanted a social media app without the junk videos and this does that you can just see cars, bikes etc without the junk videos in between

Response from developer

Cars and bikes without getting interrupted by unrelated videos, that was absolutely part of the brief. PinkSlips is meant to keep the automotive content at the center.

The social media platform you have been looking for.

You ever been scrolling through Instagram and thought to yourself, "I wish there weren't so many ads." or maybe you saw that sick MK5 Supra and wondered what exhaust they had. Well this app is the spot for you. All cars all the time. You can share all of the details of your build with everyone in a simple page that's easy to navigate. You can upload this sick rollers that your friend took for you, or those late night garage shots that you took yourself. If you want a place to show off your car, look at your friends cars, or get inspiration for your build from other people, this is the place for you.

Response from developer

You understood the vision perfectly: one clean page for the complete build, whether the photos came from a professional shoot or a late night in the garage. That depth is what makes PinkSlips more than another scrolling feed.

Great App, Amazing Devs

this app is great for enthusiasts, as it allows you to document your build and search for others. the UI is clean and sleek, and the devs seem to listen to feedback. i love this app.

Nice site

Good place to track and share car builds, meet people around the world, and mini challenges to keep up motivation.

Awesome!

Only App you need to keep track of and show off your car build!

Awesome with so much potential

This app is awesome!! If you’re a car enthusiast looking for a spot to connect with other enthusiasts and document your builds this app is awesome. It’s new and has som user interface issues but they’re minor and I love that the developers are very proactive about releasing new features and updates regularly. They are also very open to suggestions and feedback and are working diligently to make this as amazing as it is. Straight out of the gate it’s awesome. Its potential to be unreal is there. So stoked about this app and how there are achievements tied to enhancing your cars and documenting the progress kind of a fun way to gamify a hobby that I already love. I’m having a blast with this app and hope it’s got a long thriving future ahead of it.

Response from developer

Really appreciate this, especially what you said about documenting progress over time. That’s exactly what we’re trying to fix. Builds shouldn’t be scattered across posts and captions. We’ve been shipping updates pretty consistently and there’s a lot more coming, especially around tracking and build history. Glad you’re part of it early.

The Missing Link

This is the missing link between an engineering notebook and a social platform for documenting car builds.

Response from developer

This is honestly one of the best ways anyone has described it. That gap between a proper build log and something you can actually share is exactly what we’re trying to solve. We’re building more on the documentation side too, especially deeper tracking and history. Really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review.

Really cool app

Honestly, first time I’ve ever really experienced an app like this seems to be growing at a rapid pace and I’m really excited to see the things that they continue to add. I found them randomly on social media post on Instagram hadn’t heard of it prior to that, but give it a try. It’s a really cool way to track your build and kind of showcase everything in one centralized location.

Response from developer

Appreciate it, glad you found it. That centralized place for builds is exactly what we felt was missing too. We’re working on making it something you can rely on long term, not just a one time post. More updates coming soon.

Great App for Car Enthusiasts

This app is great if you’re into cars and mods. The image tagging makes it easy to show exactly what’s on your build, and the layout feels clean and easy to use. It’s still new, but already a great place to share and explore builds.

Response from developer

Appreciate this, glad youre liking the Image-Mod tagging feature. Still improving it as we go!
