Somehow gets worse with each update
This app somehow gets worse with every new update. Logging in has become very frustrating. It works poorly with Face ID, as I receive warnings to allow Face ID in Settings, even though it is on.

Please have someone contact me to close my account. I exhausted every avenue through this app, but it was worthless.

I love Pinnacle as a bank, but I cannot get their app to work with Apple’s password program. My password is saved, and my iPhone pulls it up as a suggestion, but it won’t load into the correct box the way it does seamlessly with 99% of apps.
Can’t log in
My app won’t work at all. I have to use the website browser on my iPhone or login on my computer.
I use the same username and password on the app as I do on the ways I can successfully get on. But those don’t work on the app. It is maddening!

Makes me want to leave Pinnacle
I have had more problems with this app than any other. It is supposed to keep others out of my account, not me!

Face ID doesn’t work
App is great - full functionality once logged in but the face ID for iOS has never worked for me. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars

Everytime I transfer money to my account it never shows up until the next day on the app so I never know how much money I have at the moment on the card. Horrible app something needs to change.

Balance
Great app until the update. The way the balance runs backwards is really frustrating. And the total jumps and falls from day to day. Other than that great app.

When will this app join this century?
At least once a week my app locks me out, despite correct password. Never have I had an app make me change password so often. Have two step verification!!!
It’s so bad I am just about ready to move all my banking. I recently setup other accounts, a brick and mortar bank near by and online only and the pure ease and quality of app makes this one seem like we are in the Stone Age. I have been waiting 5 plus years for my dang credit card to be on the app that’s from you!! Still a separate place.
Get it together!!!! Your staff knows, online support knows. Spend the money and fix it.

Mobile deposit issue - email address change
When making a mobile deposit the field to enter a different email address is no longer working. You can enter a different email address but it does not retain it like it did previously.

Poor App Performance
The mobile app is not very easy to use. Bank of America and Chase are much easier and moving/transferring money with those banks is much faster as well.
