Do not like the upgrade, need option to play original version
I’ve played Pinoy Mahjong daily and was hooked. 5 Stars! The update that tried to improve the graphics ruined the game play. 1 Star.
Is it possible to reinstall an older version, or add the option to play the original version?

Hate the new version!!!
I updated and hate the new look, it freezes and the board is too busy. And yes I have the updated version of the new one but still HATE it. Restore the old version!!! I want a refund! So sad what was my fav way to relax after work is gone. I can’t even submit feedback because even that glitches. I’m going to try learning the American version to get away from this one. What a horrible decision to completely change the UI. That person should be fired.

game before the update was better
the game is paywall blocked now, you can’t do anything without buying chips with real money. makes no sense because it’s not like you can even cash out?? to the developers, if you’re trying to make any money, you’re better off offering people to watch ads to earn chips to play. that way people can find out if your game is even worth it to invest in buying chips 🤷♀️. (apparently new players get chips? i didn’t get any since i was playing before the update, so i can’t verify if the game is worth playing. great way to lose your existing player base 😬😬)
and your landing page doesn’t even tell people to swipe up. people will just think the game is broken and loading. bad UX.
there are other mahjong games, download those instead. RIP the original game lol. (my sister recommended downloading “Mahjong Tayo!” and it’s been a really fun experience so far! cute designs and intuitive controls. plus it has a learning feature to teach new gen mahjong players!)

Not liking the new update, would play this game everyday but now it’s confusing, slower and some of the future’s don’t work.

Please bring back the old version. This new version is an upgrade no one asked for. I used to spend hours playing this and now I need to find a different app.
Why did you mess up this great game?
Upgrade made this game unplayable. Instructions itself made it confusing and the game is worse. Timing a chow and pong? Why? Incomplete cards? Dang. Why o why..

i love pinoy style mahjong but this game is so off. i get so lost thinking that i’ve already won but then i gotta discard, even if my hand is already completely ready to todas
New version is horrible. Do not take the update
I used to love playing this app but the new version is horrible. The 3D improvements take too much of the screen and it is very hard to see the cards. The options don’t even fit well in the Iphone screen. And now, it automatically provides the option to chow but it covers the screen and makes it hard to see your cards. Then it only gives about 3 seconds before it passes the opportunity. New version is terrible. Do not take the upgrade! Bring back the 2D version.

Loving the recent updates BUT…
Love this version compared to the other app. My game bugged. I chowed my last set but prompting me to discard when I have all my sets displayed.

Glad to know I'm not going crazy with how this version is incorrect. Starting with 17 tiles is completely wrong. Change it back to the old version.
Horrible Update
I miss the version before the new update. I have to rotate my phone to draw a new tile and then rotate it again to see all my tiles. I don’t have enough time to claim a discarded tile because it’s hard to see the tiles I have. It’s also hard to see all the discarded tiles and see the other exposed hands of other players. The new version also has different rules where you need 18 tiles to win when it should be 17 tiles (5 sets of 3 + 1 pair). I lost 100k+ chips that I accumulated before the update and I had paid to buy chips to try the new version. Please revert back to the previous version.

17 Tiles
I don't understand why you start the game with 17 tiles. Unless you are first turn in which case you dispose 1 tile right away. Then player on the right either draws pongs, chows, etc. You cannot win playing with 17 and not 16 tiles. Hopefully this gets updated soon. Looks good though.

- We loved this and hoped that one day they’d update it to be better. We would’ve even paid for it if they did…. But not like this
- Either there is a glitch in the game or everyone I’ve ever met plays “authentic Pinoy mahjong” wrong. It wants you to play with 18 tiles… and it’s all set, you don’t win. Needs to be fixed asap.
- also, you buy credits to be able to play and once you’re out of credits, you’re done. So no free option? It might make sense to pay for my mom and dad to play because they have the time but to think I have to spend some money to play a game or two is stingy.

The Latest Update is Terrible
Before this most recent update this was the most frequently used game app I used. Now it’s the exact opposite. Gameplay lags so much and the controls got more confusing. Turn it back to the old version please.
Original preferred
Surprised that the update was an actual overhaul. Personally prefer the older version. Much simpler which is a closer experience to playing live in person. Perhaps offering the original version as a 1.0?
Garbage
Let me know when you revert to the good version. The update is not playable. Did you use AI to program the update? Bring back the people that made the original version.

I loved the old version; it’s impossible to win in this new version when I have 17 tiles in my hand throughout the game instead of 16. And I only got 25K coins, not 250K with the newest version. Please fix this version or change it back; it was 5 stars before.
