I downloaded the app to get brewing instructions. There are none. I brewed my first batch using YouTube videos. And why does the app require another account? I had to create a Pinter web account to order, a Shopify account to order, and a payment processing account to order. Seems like this could be a little integrated.

Well worth it
I never brewed my own beer before but this thing makes it so easy. First time I tapped it and the beer was amazing! So fresh and refreshing I couldn’t believe the difference. If you’re a beer drinker, this is the thing you need to get!
STAY AWAY
I got this product with very positive outlook to what they have accomplished and it was all ruined within a matter of three months. The product did preformed as intended but then they lock you in to a contract where you must buy their product.Customer service is not great at all not helping just a bunch of money hungry sharks.
At minimum your spending 40+ dollars on just one brew mix.80+ if you get two. It’s 10$ for shipping alone when you buy a mix. Just. Better to stay away from this all together.

Bought this for my dad as a birthday gift. First, the product is great. Clean and doesn’t seem cheap at all. I downloaded the app to see how intuitive it was; as a system developer, this app is just downright great. Easy to work through and the pictures/few second videos to help clean and brew is an amazing tool. Only reason I won’t rate 5 stars is the beer selection. Hoping it rotates or somehow adds more company variety. (Or adds more seltzers specifically considering how big it’s getting nowadays)

Satisfied with how easy it is to brew. I used to do 5 gallons of “All grain Brewing” but as I get older, 5 gallons is hard to consume in time allowed for it to remain fresh. Not crazy about the Pinter App. It always reverts to UK and I have to manually bring it back to US. Should be separate Apps for each country. Overall I am satisfied and keep trying different brews.

Pinter is as easy s it gets for home brewing. No other equipment needed besides a clean mug. Instructions are over simplified. Only takes a few minutes to start brewing and patience that can last around two weeks. Great way to take your first step into home brewing

I got this product everything was broke, submitted to get a new one and I was told I was doing it wrong… alright I moved on… a random subscription started and is charging me without my permission and when I go to cancel it I’m told I have to pay a buyout for the printers I was given for free from a promo on Ticketmaster?? Leave me alone I will not be paying this and this company is garbage.

Newbie to brewing
First batch of beer (Tropical IPA). The beer is coming out of the tap tasting fantastically good. Honestly I can’t tell the difference between a bottle of beer by b or going to a pub. I added pumpkin spice to mine during the fermenting process, and it just added a hint of pumpkin, which is perfect. If you’re going to add ingredients, make sure you boil everything into a reduction.

Pointless
What is the point of having an easy to access app to manager subscription when it routes you back to the website making it take double the length of time to manage your subscription? Time is the only thing we can't get more of in this wasted way too much of mine.
Low effort impressed by the beers
It’s the right level of effort and time commitment to make a nice small batch perfect for one person. I think the price is worth it.
