I had family come into town from Louisiana and they said this was one of the best experiences they’ve had. They hated SF but Alcatraz made it worth it for them
Did not work
No response on support as o asked multiple times. Only automated request for review even tho it ruined our plans for my daughter driving from San Diego to her dream school tour in Santa Cruze. I’m truing to be understanding but tough to not be bummed.
Should have just counted in a free tour which was much more reliable anyway.

Easy to figure out. Voice navigation options. Can stop/skip easily but rewinding to relisten was a bit difficult. Great places to learn about!
