I think it’s unfair for this app to have 2 stars. Whatever issues there may have been with it in the past have clearly been resolved now.
I would echo the other person’s review that it would be great for the developers to verify it’s all still relevant and up-to-date.

Working Fine to Me!
I love the idea of this, and have used it in multiple trips to San Sebastián. The new features are very helpful. My only question - has it been updated as places grow and change? Would love for it to!

Can’t find English setting
Says it’s in English but it’s in Spanish and can’t find setting to change to English. Would have liked to use it

Problems with the app
The app does not work, it used to be a great app.
Nothing works
I e downloaded the app a couple of times. It starts like it wants to work but never loads any of the places. Now when logging into the app it freezes on the app loading page.
Is this app still working?
I downloaded the app but when I try and open ‘The List’ or ‘The Routes’ it just spins and spins and never lists anything. Is this still an app?

My husband downloaded this app in early 2023, and I decided to get it as well in preparation for an upcoming trip to San Sebastián. Well, the app is permanently stuck on the spinning wheel of death “updating” - I have removed it and reloaded it several times over the past few months. It’s absolutely worthless. My husband’s app asked him to update and now it also doesn’t work. It’s a shame, seemed like a good idea and when he originally got it, it looked like it was going to be very helpful. I attempted to reach out to the developer for troubleshooting, but that was also a dead end.
