The worst banking app/customer support
The worst part of the app locking you out and error notifications ever other week, is that when you call the corporate office they say there is nothing wrong on their end. It is one excuse after another. What’s the point of online banking that you cannot access online?
Terrible Online Banking System
There banking system is absolutely astonishing on how bad it truly is. Always logs you out forcefully, always have to change the password to get in. Seems like EVERY weekend at some point the application is down. I always have to call to get the account fixed. Absolutely a waste of time more often than not. This company makes plenty of money to upgrade their system. However it is a bank and a bank that seems to cut corners. Absolutely terrible.

Terrible App
I constantly get locked out of my acct and it’s upsetting because it’s usually on the weekend when nobody can help. I know my password is correct because it was saved 1 month ago in my phone. Then what makes matters worse is when you try and change the password, you never get a reset button in your email ti do so. Try as you may. So if you see a charge you don’t recognize your stuck on pins and needles. This has happened to me so many times I can’t even count. I keep telling myself to change banks, even if it’s a pain to switch all my vendor info.

Elite Bank
People’s Bank, one is treated with respect, as if one is part owner, it doesn’t matter if it’s on the phone or in person.
Never works
Anytime I try to check my balance it gives me an error or the app wont even open.
Systems
Systems are ALWAYS down. Cant even login to the app most of the time. You never get notified of when they will be down & back up running.

Wow I didn’t think I could hate this banking app anymore than I already did, but…….
4 years later and still in the same place. This banking app is TERRIBLE!!!!! Always locked out of the app and have to call customer service to get back in. I think they are lonely and need someone to talk to since it forces you to do this on a regular basis. Save yourself and get a better bank.

Try to sign up for a Zelle payment 🙄. Again can this bank please move into this decade???? Why do you feel the need to have people contact customer service on a monthly basis to get basic things done in your account? If you haven’t picked a bank yet you should do better research than I did. 😐 I am constantly locked out of my account with no way to reset my password without calling. You can’t do anything but the absolute basics on the app and that’s only when you can sign in. Now I received a Zelle payment and three hours later I am still trying to get my money. Now I find out I have to wait to verify my account sometime after tomorrow. 😡😬 I HATE this bank. One more thing. All of the good reviews for this are from 9 years ago. 🙄

This app is horrible every month I have to reenter my passcode even though I have Face ID just deleted this app if you make an app actually make it work this is 2024 !!!!
Swap Banks
If you’re looking to have a decent online banking experience this is not your ideal bank by a long shot, the app and apparently entire server will shut down randomly, and very commonly. It’s so bad you have to call the bank directly during work hours to do anything, and yes these server crashes last days or even weeks on end. You can’t check your balance during these crashes, if you temporarily locked your card in the app and than it crashed you will have to wait til bank hours to call and fix it. It is a frustrating mess while admittedly when it is working is decent. Your best interest is to swap banks if you plan on using the online banking feature.

Ive never used such a terrible bank and app in my life idk why i still have it and theres no way the reviews are this high the service is down 24/7 i can rarely access my balance and account on website or app they lock ur card so often its horrendous u can have it unlocked and preferences changed but then relock ur card and act like u didnt just unlock it and change stuff DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE WITH UR MONEY. This is the first and only bank that has ever let auto roll payments deduct from an empty account i then refunded the deductions bc they withdrawled money 1-2 days earlier then were supposed to due to holiday wknd or sum i had it refunded and the bank did not refund me the money they stole from me. This is a 1-2 star business on all rating services BUT the app store? Interesting. I suspect bot reviews and not calling real ppl bots im saying they paid for fake reviews theres no way i believe that these reviews are real when in reality u can never access ur account.

Cannot make external transfer
I have made a transfer from either of these accounts to my First Natl bank account in Alamogordo at 10th St. My account number there is 4500 1406
I have not been able to make an external transfer for several months, and I am concerned why I cannot do that. I can send money to you from Fidelity and from First Natl Bank yet cannot do it the other way around.

Possibly the app is hacked
I just tried to log in and it had a pop up that said to enter password to log in afyer doing face id and I thought it was a new verification to login and I put it in and it said congratulations then kicked me back to the login.
Pioneer bank is broken
It’s been several weeks since I’ve been able to log in to this app, even if I reset my password it doesn’t work
Worst bank I have ever done business with
Nothing goes the way it should. 1/2 my transactions require follow up phone or in person contact.

I swear this app is always down when I need it the most. I have to literally drive to a location to check my balances. This needs to be fixed asap. The app hasn’t let me log in for 4 days now. Same issue when I go through the internet. Why can’t this problem be fixed?
