Since the last apple update, the app stop working,unable to connect to my receiver network
Straight up doesn’t work anymore
As the title states, last few versions just refuse to connect.
Was never a great app, now it’s useless.

Can't connect to my receiver, set up is a pain, would literally be better without an app
Getting worse
We use this app for years and it worked great. Not sure what happened, but in like the last six months, it has stopped connecting with our two remote stereo systems. We have to regularly delete the app and re-download it in order for it to connect. Super frustrating – the concept is awesome to be able to control your stereo from your phone.

Unstable connectivity
When loading up the application and attempting to connect to the receiver, you never know if it's going to go through or not.
There is no rhyme or reason, and that is very frustrating.
The only way to resolve it is to do a hard reboot of the phone, the receiver and sometimes both.
Once up and running, the app works well.
My receiver is hardwired and has a static IP.

Stopped Working
I have used this app with my VSX-933 AV Receiver for years. Suddenly, it no longer connects. Does it have a problem with iOS 26? Come on Pioneer! Get this fixed! Is there a new App I should use?

I have to uninstall the ap and reinstall to get it to pair.
Constantly locks up
The app will have connection issues. I have to reset my receiver, reconnect with the app and it may play for 1 min to 20 mins but always disconnects and locks up. Then I reset the receiver and start over again.
Unable to connect after sometime
Worst app ever. Hard time to connect after few days. Need to reinstall the app all time.
Buggy
Can’t save EQ settings even though the option is supposed to be there.
Works when it wants to
It hardly ever wants to. Even after unplugging receiver. Rebooting modem. Restart iPhone or any kind or model.

Connection Error!
The app will not stay connected to the LX805 but no such problem with the LX801 on the same network. After a while I have to restart the wifi connection to get it to work. The avr keeps the connection to wifi just the app is the problem. Please address concern,thanks! The app still refuses to work with the LX805 even after the latest update!

I used to use this app quite often. Now it’s pretty much useless since someone thought it was a good idea to dismantle it.

Great app! One suggestion.
I have been using the app to control my Pioneer AV receiver for a while now. It works great on my iPhone.
One suggestion would be to adjust the “voice/dialogue” by single increments instead of +5. Too much if I need a small adjustment.

Stopped working
Ever since the last update 3-weeks ago, the app continually crashes or won’t open.

latest update much worse than previous version. lost all my presets for accu radio and seems very slow to acknowledge commands. please fix and improve!
