Infuriating!
This app is a nightmare to use, to the point where I will be taking my pioneer stereos out and replacing. It constantly puts warning messages up, constantly connects/ disconnects Bluetooth, seems to have no app memory so every time I get to my car I have to mess with setting to get it to connect. I just can’t understand how it’s so hard to make a reliable app. I wish my stereo worked straight off my phone Bluetooth but it won’t connect without the app installed 😤

You Will Own Nothing And Be Happy
Remember when things just worked? Well, not any more. Pioneer needs your email address, photos, contacts and more. Enjoy agreeing to three pages of legal gibberish. Any sort of music playback is incidental.
Using High pass filter
I used this app and my setup for 6 yesrs now SBH C10 headunit and 4x300watt pioneer TS series speakers setup on e46 using HPF in this app i don’t need a active subwoofer or amplifier in my car

Don’t waste your time. Doesn’t connect. Wasted a good 20 minutes. Supposedly my unit is supported but neither Bluetooth or usb works. Bluetooth from the phone to the device works just fine.
Disconnects
The app has Started disconnecting after around 10 minutes when connected via Bluetooth. Not ideal when using nav. Using latest iOS.

Very hard to understand the number of negative reviews here.
I’ve used this app since it came out on my SPH-10BT head unit and its consistently been great.

this app is awful
i got my first vehicle and the radio didn’t work so my father’s friend talked him into getting this deh radio, the radio itself is really good but this app genuinely sucks i dread getting in my truck and having to delete the app and redownload it and disconnect the radio 10 times before it works and even then it’s a hit or miss on whether it will actually connect. it’s only good for actual radio, and as i’m typing this it’s literally not even working for that. this app sucks and i want to love this radio but i simply cannot until this horrible app is fixed. thanks!

This app is infuriating especially because it’s forced on users. Never again.

I’ve seen much negativity around this but this app is great. You’re able to change presets sounds and even make custom ones! I love it

My phone has latest iOS from apple, yet this app never connects, always have to use Bluetooth to play music, so you loose the rest of the apps functionality. Think I may need to get rid of the whole head unit, as what’s the point if it’s app is a failure.
Doesn’t work, even for an IT guy
Most apps have some sort of work-around but this app is full of dead-ends. Right off the bat you’re forced to use the “Wizard” to connect to your unit rather than using your own BT settings.
The documentation and “Help” sections have poorly-translated, bad grammar that makes you confident developers handed the user interface off to someone just as detached from customer satisfaction. The first thing that pops up: “Check your main unit’s firmware version and updated it to ensure that you have the latest version.” Roger that, I’ll “updated” it.
The head unit in my car works fine without this app. Installation was out of curiosity. One star for the effort of app development and another for a cool app logo.

他の方もレビューしていますが、度々リンクしなくなります。車は移動手段なので、アプリの指示に対して丁寧に対応する時間もなかなかなく、止むなく駐車場等に停車し、無駄な時間、燃料、労力を使って再設定しようとするも、失敗しましたと、表示されいかんせんつかいかってが悪すぎます。トヨタ純正カーナビのようにアプリ無しで接続、運用ができればいかに快適か。オーディオレス車を購入したため止むなくF4600を購入、すごく欲しかったわけでもなく、Bluetooth接続でスマホの音楽聞こうにもまた、使い勝手、音量が恐ろしく小さいと最悪この上なしです。機材もアプリも使い勝手が悪い印象しかありません。

自動再生されない
スマホのBluetoothをONにしておけば車のエンジンをかけた時に自動的に接続されて音楽が流れると思うんですが、アプリとスマホの連携がぎこちなさ過ぎていくら待っても再生しないので、手動でスマホで再生を押すと一瞬音楽が流れるんですが、変なタイミングでアプリが起動操作を始めて音楽が停止、仕方なくまた手動で音楽再生するとアプリが動くためにまた勝手に切れる、みたいな余計な手間があります。
