Good bank but terrible app
The fact that the app tends to glitch out so often (not allowing you to sign in, the app randomly closing when you are in the middle of something, and certain buttons on the app only working half of the time) makes it really unusable. It’s a cool bank and I like the idea of it, but I really don’t think that the Pioneer Trust Bank will ever be as successful as any other bank. The bank has been on a steady decline for a reason, that reason is that they don’t fix their apps or services making it hard for people to use.

Best Bank ever
This bank has the best service. Banking here for over a decade and kept an account open even after moving away because it is so phenomenal. I highly recommend them and hope that they can stay independent from the monster banks which we all need to drop. If you value ethics over convenience this bank is for you!

This is the best, most honest and helpful bank in Oregon. The people are great and personable.
Disappointed
Does not support business accounts. I have asked several times and have been told it would happen late last year. Really missing the mark, need to stay relevant for the next generation, this bank seems to be stuck in their ways.
