Pipe Offset & Cut Length

Rolling offsets, solved before you cut. Pick the fitting and the size, type what you measured, and you get the cut length with the takeoff (Z in the standards) already subtracted from both ends. Mark the pipe and cut it. ■ If it will not go together, you hear it first A positive number does not mean it can be assembled. When the socket depths would overlap, the app finds it before you cut and shows what does fit — a fitting with a smaller angle, or one size down. ■ Offsets that move in two directions For a rolling offset, the app separates true offset, run, travel (center to center) and the roll angle. It works at 22.5° and 11.25° as well as 45°, and when the run you have is fixed, it can solve for the angle instead. ■ Every number carries its source Welded fittings use the bend radius R = 38.1 x nominal size (inch) with ASME B16.9 for the 45° center-to-end; PVC DWV uses the published fitting dimensions. Japanese standards (JIS K 6739 / K 6743 / K 6777, JIS B 2301) are there when you switch regions. Export it as a PDF or CSV. Register a fitting and the numbers on the paper are recomputed too. ■ Works with no connection Everything is computed on the device. Job records stay on this device only — they are not stored in iCloud, so they cannot move to a new phone. The final call belongs to the job's own standards and a licensed fitter. The app does not reproduce standards documents or manufacturer catalogues — it cites the number and name of the standard, the maker and the revision, and computes dimensions from published values and formulas.
