Host this app in an amazon EC2 and add a load balancer and consider using amazon cloud front for a better user experience

I love everything about this location! The food is always amazing! The service is spot on and the staff is so lovely! I also love that they take so much pride in keeping the restaurant perfectly clean!

Always have issues putting in payment. It always kicks me out when I put in the order and I have to keep sending it though.

I went and ordered food. I believe I had completed my transaction. Everything was showing as completed transaction. I had a thing the welcome Peter reward for free Greek fries and I had the five dollars off for signing up for the rewards program. I went to go pick up my food and it said that the order was not complete and it took my rewards and everything and I showed up to pick up my food and there was no food. Then I discussed with the lady at the counter and she said simply there is nothing we will do for you. She saw that I had rewards. They disappeared after she mess with some things in the end, don’t recommend I enjoy the food, but the app isn’t worth it

The website and app are pretty broken, and just keep spamming you with a prompt to enter your phone number, but apparently only want a new phone number as it won’t accept any previously entered numbers, I just ordered food elsewhere since fixing an obnoxious bug isn’t worth it to Pita to have their online customer base…

Pits is one of my top fave lunch spots. The quality of meat and how food is put together is always good. Pretty much all locations are top of the line, my ho yonis Halcyon in Alpharetta, Ga.

App order online terrible
To order on app and online is very complicated and kept having a lot of errors. Almost gave up. Very glitchy! Good thing the food is so good or would not order.
Newest app update took away all points.
The new app reset everything. No points now for all my previous orders. No way to contact anyone. It reset everything to “ first time “ .
App Update is full of glitches!
This review is for the actuall app not the restaurant. We love the food and are frequent customers. The most recent app update has made it unusable. For one thing if you try to do a previous order again you are not able to back out of the summary. On top of that you cannot add additional items if you select reorder. After all of that, if you try to just do a normal new order the customizations and additional requests constantly crash the app. Please fix. My husband is having to just go order in store because the app is so messed up.
