Great Food, Bad App
Updates are pushed out that make the app broken, taken away, and then brought back?? The new free Greek Fries award would not work about a week ago after the app was updated because the fries were listed as $8 (they’re normally $9 and some change with tax), and the reward was not eligible for orders under $9. A day later it was fixed, but I was busy so I waited until the next day to order the fries…come to find out the app is broken yet again! It says that the current app is being replaced by another one, but the link they provided takes you to an unknown page. All the restaurant locations on the current app are listed as “closed” (even though it’s 3 PM right now) because I guess they’re trying to get us to download the “new app”, but it doesn’t even exist yet. Please be more communicative about updates and when your app is under maintenance!

Worst ordering app
I’ve tried ordering using this app no less than 10 times. I wasn’t able to pay at least 5 times and decided to eat somewhere else. Not worth the hassle. Riddled with bugs from out of index exceptions to not accepting Apple Pay successfully. Just terrible.
Great Food Terrible App
The food here is amazing. My family eats here all the time. I tried to order ahead and have the food ready for pickup. I was logged into the app. I setup my order and the app would not complete a payment transaction. You cannot add any form of payment (I tried Visa and American Express). It was very frustrating.

False rewards
Signed up to get the free rewards, but it doesn’t show in the app. False advertising. UX is made to intentionally confuse people and have them unable to add rewards.
