Staff is always so friendly and efficient! Went to go use my birthday reward. They couldn’t figure out the system to get my free cookie and drink, so they just gave it to me anyways! I was having a really bad day and this made it so much better. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I ordered online for the first time. Order went through just fine. I drove from Sutherlin looking forward to my falafel pita, only to find out my order had not been fulfilled. You were out of falafel. I’m not blaming any one person, but boy has the Roseburg Pita Pit gone down hill!!!
Great Food
Absolutely the Best fresh salad in town. Highly recommend. I always get the build my own chicken salad and it is delicious and big enough to feed 2 people.

Messed up order
I set a pickup time which was ignored so pitas were cold and I had a ton of black olives in my gyro even though I did not put that in my build to order gyro. Why order online when simply requests aren’t even looked at?
Not a bad app. Some problems
First to look at what I may want to order I have to create an account. -2 star.
Ok fine. Let’s me Sign in with Apple account and hide my email address. Then demands phone number. Come on people we are better than that.
Second ordering seems somewhat difficult. I always do my own.
Third no Apple Pay. I really hate giving apps credit card info. There is a greater likelihood of theft. -1 star.

Pita pit lunch
YUM!!! fast food but healthy option!!!
Unable to redeem rewards
Since the latest update I have been unable to redeem my rewards as I continue to get a pop up to verify my email address and when I try to do that it doesn’t work and I just continue in that cycle. I have reached out to customer support three times and have not received any response back from them. I will be deleting this app and no longer patronizing this restaurant as it is not worth the hassle.

This is my second meal at the Pita Pit. For years I just walked by the one on Jefferson Ave. Then one day, I just needed something new. I walked into the Pita Pit and heard, Hello! One of the workers was smiling at Me. I proceeded to need help for an Unsweet Tea as the sugar bombs abound, but the good stuff is a but harder to find, usually tucked away in the bottom row. The cashier helped me with a Gold Peak Tea. I ordered the Super Greek on White Pita. The explosion on my palate registed 3.0 on the flavor scale, no need for Mr. Guy and Flavortown, Pita Pit scores a huge win for Me. Today a couple of weeks later, as I walked in, Hello! It felt great to be greeted and also smiled at, I smiled and joked. Ordered the same, Super Greek. Consistency is the art of the effort, and today was no different. The food was amazing all the way to the last bite. The cashier suggested that I download the app and scan my barcode for points. Just did this… now I want to locate my old receipt to see if the barcode still works. Overall a great clean restaurant with fresh ingredients and a cortesy from staff who happily make food wishes come true. Pita Pit, my new place to get Food, that is really Medicine for our body. Amazing! Yummm.

New App experience is awful
The new app experience makes me cry.
Previously I would go into the store, order, take out my phone, tap the tip % button and scan a QR code to pay for my order. It took15 seconds tops.
Now I order, attempt to scan the QR code for points. It doesn’t work. I take out my card to pay. I tap my card, hit accept. Manually type in the tip amount, hit accept. Hit accept again. Get the printers receipt. Attempt to scan the code for points. End up typing in the code because it won’t scan.
I love the staff at this location but the new app experience leaves me in tears.

App Revamp issue
I have been trying to log into the app for weeks with no luck. I use to use the old app for years with no problem, including paying with it. This is really annoying.
App revamp is a step back
Been a huge fan and app user since ~2020, eating there once a week.
Not a fan of the app revamp.
- No way to pay with the app in-store. (Previously I could pull up a QR code, select a tip percentage, and pay when they scanned it. Now I have to scan the QR ccode for points (or get a reciept and scan the code) and take out my card to pay and manually enter a tip amount on the machine. It was a simple scan, it is now a 3 or 4 step process.
- Interface is not as intuitive as before. QR Code to scan for loyalty is behind the "Earn" button.
- Tapping the "Rewards Balance" button gives me an alert which says "Alert You do not have enough balance to redeem."
- New orange coloring is... fine, but not particularly appetizing.
- Tried to redeem the Valentines day promo, but it didn't work, the store no longer had Tru-whatvever.
- I redeemed the Free Falafel Bites reward, but it still shows up in the app, so not sure if I can do it again or not.
I know how much work goes into app updates and I feel bad that I'm not nearly as excited about this as you are, but it just isn't a good experience.

Coupon not working
The valentine coupin with buy 2 pitas and chips and a tru fru…. Didn’t work with the code entered manually either. When that didn’t work I tried a different reward and that didn’t work because it said I can’t use another reward! Yet I hadn’t used one.

I was able to chat with the new owner. She is absolutely amazing! Best customer service I have ever received within grants pass. I cannot wait to go back!
