No more issues….
When I first received it, I had several issues because I did not follow the directions properly and I skipped ahead thinking that I knew what needed to be done. Going back, rereading everything and doing as instructed. I’ve had flawless operations since then. This is completely and totally reliable and I now use it in every show.

Excellent!
My pitata products have been incredible. Love the customer support and warranty too - haven’t had any issues so far. Everything works exactly as intended. Any complaints I’ve seen have ALL come from hacks who don’t put in any time to learn how to use the trick. It’s annoying - an unfair to this company. So watch the instructions, learn how to use it properly - then enjoy a fantastic product at a low price!

Stay far away
This is so unreliable that you could never use it in a show. Just look it up on the Facebook group. I was on the fence with this for a long time. As much as this thing costs it has to be the worst purchase I’ve ever made.
GARBAGE
Poor to average on almost everything this company releases to market. No customer service, language barrier in tutorials and absolutely no openness to commentary when posting online since they sensor negative remarks. Don’t waste your money.
