Poor user interface
Interface is difficult to navigate does not allow for saving individual routines or tricks their products are not well supported. Their staff is small and does not understand issues. I would highly recommend looking at other products and as far as an app, you might want to look at MysterSmith. MysterSmith integrates almost all existing hardware. And what it doesn’t incorporate, he will usually add very quickly for you when you make a request. I would look at airval products and Pitata products.

Hot garbage
Over priced garbage app with zero customer service and zero tutorials never again will I purchase from them I just hope I can get my money back.

Love this app. Enables magic to happen! Also really appreciate Illuminati’s openness to multiple vendor integrations.
Tricky at first but powerful
If the app doesn’t work well and appears buggy, delete it and reinstall. Often fixes weird issues you may see.
