While the app looks great, the app and supporting website do not work very well at all.
If you get a new phone and need to log in again, good luck to you.

Don’t waste your time or money
Can’t call or receive calls from the watch. Kinda pointless. Plus the gps tracking is waaaaay off. I’m talking by kilometers. The watch is next to me but the app says it’s in a different suburb
It looks scam
No way to retrieve a password, don’t know how to contact you. I don’t just halfday I even wrote down my password but when I enter it wrong password and then theres no way to retrieve it. Waste my$200 dollars fake product!!!!
No notifications
Although I used to get notifications of calls or messages from my child through the app, now I don’t get any notifications so never know when they’ve tried calling unless I open the app. Makes it pretty useless
Video calls notification not working on iPhone
Having trouble logging in to the app on the phone and the support line is not available. Video call is only working when parents are on the app, that means when parents phone is sitting aside, the phone will not have notification alert like normal video calls so the child will phone calls will be missed. The watch app needs to be functioning like WhatsApp for video calls to be effective.
