Don’t waste your time or money
Can’t call or receive calls from the watch. Kinda pointless. Plus the gps tracking is waaaaay off. I’m talking by kilometers. The watch is next to me but the app says it’s in a different suburb
It looks scam
No way to retrieve a password, don’t know how to contact you. I don’t just halfday I even wrote down my password but when I enter it wrong password and then theres no way to retrieve it. Waste my$200 dollars fake product!!!!
No notifications
Although I used to get notifications of calls or messages from my child through the app, now I don’t get any notifications so never know when they’ve tried calling unless I open the app. Makes it pretty useless
Video calls notification not working on iPhone
Having trouble logging in to the app on the phone and the support line is not available. Video call is only working when parents are on the app, that means when parents phone is sitting aside, the phone will not have notification alert like normal video calls so the child will phone calls will be missed. The watch app needs to be functioning like WhatsApp for video calls to be effective.

Do not get this watch and do not bother about this app! Very hard to navigate, never get any reception, unable to connect . Don’t waste your money, I wish we didn’t.
Disappointed!!
I bought this for my child’s birthday, hoping this product would make things easier for me. However, it turns out to be nothing but a scam. I used and registered it for less than half a day, and I already couldn’t log in to the app. I tried registering with my email to get assistance, but the email couldn’t be registered either. Seriously, PIXBEE is just a scam !!!

Big mistake, don’t bother.
After reading other reviews I bought this watch for my daughter knowing that there would be issues but didn’t realise it could actually be so bad. I figured it’s half the price of an Apple Watch but even if it last a year it will have served its purpose until she is old enough for a phone. It was even worse than I thought - it doesn’t receive notifications even after classroom mode is turned off, the phone app doesn’t get notifications at all so I never know when my daughter had messaged, the location tracking is hours old and useless, it would go into low power mode and disable the screen even after being charged all night… the list is endless. It doesn’t even tell the time properly - it keeps resetting the timezone to the wrong location.
After trying to stick through it for 2 weeks I took it back for a refund and bought an Apple Watch. The only positive is that the JB Hi-Fi staff were excellent and the refund process was a breeze.

Absolute ridiculous app/smart watch. It’s meant to be easy to use and a safety net for your kids. You’re better off with a tracking pigeon as it will be more accurate and would be quicker.

Calls and notifications don’t work unless the app is opened… despite all my iPhone settings allowing notifications. Useless if a child cannot reach out to their parent

I wish this app and watch would work consistently all the time the gps is always not correct and sometimes my daughters watches would all of a sudden say offline on the app when the watch was clearly on and working

Can’t get past registration/forgot password. My child can’t connect with me, both apps have failed. This is incredibly frustrating.
Disappointed kids
Would love to be able to review the functionality of this App but, like other users, I can’t get past the register page. Attempting to register my phone number I get “Request failed”, and when trying to use the alternative method I get “Email format error”. To top it off, the App Support link sends you to “Page not found”.

Waste of time and money
After the first one over heating every 5 minutes, I got it replace and the app just keep logging out any button you press, also nothing works properly on the watch. Please do not buy or waste money on this product.

Absolutely the worst app, have been trying to register my daughters watch for over an hour and it’s not going past the register page. You click on app support and it say page not found..
