This might be the most well designed pixel art app in the store

I love this thing! It has many of the most important features you would want or come to expect from professional paint programs! Transparent canvas, layers, you can make animations!, customizable colors and palettes with advanced options, magic wand selection tool, marquee selection tool, cut, paste, flip, brush size and optional pixel softening controls, shapes, grid, and straight edge!
