Great with a few niggles
The best full featured pixel editor for mobile that’s allowed me to be productive and create assets literally anywhere. It’s got a fantastic amount of functionality.
It’s not without some niggles though. Some functions/options seemingly have no explanation and finding help isnt intuitive. And the amount of times i’ve accidentally tapped and hidden all my layers only to have to spend 5 minutes enabling them one by one again in complex artworks back to how it was, has been enough to make me cry. I also don’t like the fact it shoved a massive splash screen in my face asking me to share on social media over and over again at random … i paid money for the app, this isn’t ok.
So it could do with some tightening up for smaller screens, and an absolute UNDO.
I also would love to know what option makes layer FX sometimes be totally ignored when adding them to a group —or sometimes not. I would recommend it though.

Been using it for 3 years straight
Genuinely the best art software you can find on mobile been able to gradually improve my art with it overtime highly recommended
Amazing!
I’ve just started using it, and I don’t write reviews often, but this app is incredible. It’s easy to animate on, and great if you’re looking for something similar to asprite but on iPad. It’s got folders which is an amazing help for me as I’m creating game assets, its tools and layout are easy to use, and customisable. And this is all before buying the premium version. It can export into so many types of files as well which is so freeing. I’d recommend this 1000% if you want to make pixel art on mobile/ipad.
