Great Game
I’ve played a few times and it has been great and the updates have been amazing. One thing that would really be cool to see would be diplomacy where you not at war with everyone all the time. Overall great!

Hidden gem
I found this game incredibly enjoyable. It is very fun and simple game that involves strategy and having to outmanoeuvre your opponents. While there is room for improvement, this game is pretty simple and good if you enjoy games like Lines of battle or War of dots

don't build everything at once. Start with the core, test it, then add more. The goal is a game that feels deep, not complicated.
---
What to Add First
Diplomacy. Countries should deal with each other based on interest, not randomness. A country won't attack you unless its relations with you are bad and it thinks it's stronger than you. Betrayal has a price: your reputation drops with everyone. Treaties commit you — they're not free.
Economy. Resources are limited. Surplus gets sold, shortage gets bought. Your army eats into your economy, and war raises costs and cuts trade. Relying on one partner makes you fragile.
Infrastructure. Everything you build needs maintenance, or it wears down. Structures are connected: one breaking affects the others. And as your cities grow, new needs appear.
---
Then Connect Them
Every decision should have a cost in another system. Build economy → people are affected. Declare war → economy and relations suffer. Make an alliance → you take on obligations. No choice comes free.
---
Then Give Countries a Brain
Each country needs a goal it's working toward. Its decisions should be based on its own interest, not mood. No aggression without a reason, no alliance without a benefit. This is what kills the randomness.
---
The Rule to Repeat
Few decisions, but every one hurts and matters. Don't add a new system until the previous one is fun on its own.
