About
What's New in Pixel Pilgrim
1.3
October 13, 2026
Look back on your road and enjoy a clearer, friendlier Camino. Walking history: A new section on your Passport shows your best day, longest streak, active days and daily average, plus a month calendar heat-map so you can see every day you walked. Daily Quest front and centre: Your daily goal now has its own progress bar on the Path, with the journey stats tidied up so the road and your pilgrim have more room to shine. Collapsible elevation profile: Fold the elevation panel into a slim strip to see more of the painted panorama. Your pilgrim moves along with it. New pixel icons: Locks, stars, pins and badges now match the pixel-art stamps and sprites, and Settings toggles and selectors have a matching square pixel look. Quicker navigation: New jump buttons in the Guide and Map take you to the top or straight to your current stage, and going back from a guide entry returns you to where you were. Accessibility: Screen-reader labels throughout (stages, map nodes, stamps and the weekly chart), tap-friendly step counts for each day, clear locked/earned states beyond colour alone, and support for the system "Reduce Motion" setting. Plus under-the-hood improvements: more reliable saving of your progress, and kilometres are now credited using the pace setting you had when you walked, so monthly stats stay accurate if you change pace later. Your existing progress carries over untouched.
