This used to be my favorite app
This was my favorite app of all time 10 years ago. I used it every day for years and it was perfect. Then a couple years ago someone must’ve bought it out or taken it over because they started doing updates and the thing just got worse and worse and worse with every “improvement”. Now I just yell at it constantly while trying to use it. It’s the most frustrating app on my phone now. I hate whoever did this with every fiber of my being. I feel like a member of my family has died. Like a piece of my life has been destroyed. That is how much I loved the original version of this app. My life will never be the same now. And no, I’m not joking or exaggerating. It was really that important to me. If you have any kindness in you please recreate the original version of this app for us to download. I would even pay for it. PLEASE.

Long Time User Tired of the BS
Tbh this app is a 5/5, it’s great, I’ve used it forever. I use it to make goofy memes or thumbnails for my YT videos and it’s awesome…when it works that is. This use to be a free app but like all good things, greed and AI take over and try to change it. Pixlr was already a good editing app. It didn’t need AI editing but that’s besides the point. As a free user, you get about 3 photos you can save per day (or like me, finish your edit, screenshot and crop), but sometimes I can’t even open the app and use it unless I choose to pay yearly or weekly. I chose weekly cuz I can’t access the app otherwise and get this…STILL DIDN’T WORK BUT I STILL GOT CHARGED. Only $4.27 but Pixlr/Apple has stolen from me nonetheless.

I paid for the weekly service and it won’t let me do a thing it just wants to make me pay the $99 and I won’t do that I can’t even wait one photo for what I’ve already paid so I will be canceling this

Loyal User for 10+ years, Gone
I’ve been using the Pixlr platform long before the app was an option. Opened it tonight to do something and nope, no longer can use it, I need to pay them $24 a month or $80 a year. I know losing one user means absolutely nothing to them, given that they’re selling out everything that was great about their app, making it incredibly low quality out of the hopes of getting a quick buck from random people, but god this massively sucks for me.
