Playback video is too much problem. If memory card is even 10% playback takes forever. From last few days playback not working at all. Tried formatting card, reboot the device but no use.

Playback from an SD card does not work. The app forces you to subscribe to their clod service to view playback. Scam.

Is there any way to adjust the auto-light sensor? My camera is supposed to light up when the sensor goes off, but there aren’t any app settings to adjust this.

My camera stopped charging after the second week and lists no warranty. The app was great when it worked. Unfortunately when you click the camera feed it blacks out and says no internet although it shows it’s connected to the internet.. there is no way to view live feed unles you have two cameras and choose the option to view multiple cameras in landscape view.. whenever you want to view an individual camera from the main screen it says no internet. Also it continuously says it gets disconnected. It has basic features like motion detection. Loop recording . Cloud features ,use be paid for. It’s a clear view when displaying camera… no special features I can think of but when it works the feature to scroll through the hours of the day to see blocked hours or minutes where detection had begun or stopped recording. Unfortunately my cameras bought for it just stopped working a week or so and no warrarnty listed on box so because I only have 1 of the 2 cameras working I cannot view the, at all. Because you can’t do landscape with 1 camera and clicking the individual camera loads the next screen black says no internet.. although it’s connected to internet. Landscape view for multiple cameras was the only way to view what’s going on live. Unfortunately everything is useless now and put money I spent for two cams etc.

Utter garbage after recent “update”!
After the last app update recently, it’s become useless. Live video freezes so much it is completely unusable. The app also takes forever to connect to the camera. Every time I get an almost forever wait spinner. These aspects of the app were somewhat better before the last update.

Disconnect all the time and when you restart it, you hear this loud voice saying camera is connected and camera is online.

The new version is much better and way faster! Still bugs in adding camera through wifi or lan cable. Will be 5 stars when resolved
The WORST APP EVER
The app can’t ever connect with my device, neither through WiFi, nor ap hotspot; the app can not support 5G WiFi at all, and the camera does not even make noise or beep as they say it does.. AVOID THIS APP AND CAMERA DEVICES! I would give it ZERO STARS I could.
