Doesn’t work at all

I have had this camera but never set it up. I can only get it to connect to the camera through the hard line but cannot get it to connect to wifi for anything. It’s very frustrating because the camera quality looks great and I had hoped to set this up in my barn. I’ll just have to get something different. I’m very disappointed. Wish they kept things up to date

Disappointed

Camera and app worked great for a couple of years. Now I can only connect via WiFi, meaning I can’t use the camera when I’m away. Totally useless now. Also there is no support for the app...

Good!

Works as described. It does what it says and it does it reliably.

FAQ

What does this app do?

This app is P2P (peer-to-peer) monitoring software designed to work with network cameras. It allows you to view real-time video streams from your cameras directly on your mobile device.

How does the camera connection work?

The app utilizes advanced P2P technology, which means you don't need to perform complex port mapping on your router. Each camera is identified by a unique ID, and you simply enter this ID to connect and view the video feed.

What if a direct P2P connection isn't possible?

If a direct P2P connection cannot be established, the system uses a relay server to forward the video. This ensures a 100% connection rate, allowing you to view your cameras even in challenging network environments.

Is this app free to use?

Based on the provided information, the app is free to use. There are no mentions of subscription fees, in-app purchases, or advertisements.

What are the main benefits of using this app?

The primary benefits are its plug-and-play simplicity, eliminating the need for port mapping, and its ability to provide reliable remote camera monitoring through P2P technology or a relay server.
