Doesn’t work at all
I have had this camera but never set it up. I can only get it to connect to the camera through the hard line but cannot get it to connect to wifi for anything. It’s very frustrating because the camera quality looks great and I had hoped to set this up in my barn. I’ll just have to get something different. I’m very disappointed. Wish they kept things up to date

Disappointed
Camera and app worked great for a couple of years. Now I can only connect via WiFi, meaning I can’t use the camera when I’m away. Totally useless now. Also there is no support for the app...

Don't update
Made the mistake of updating this app. Now it won't start up. I could never get the camera to work with the wifi, and now I can't even open the app. Great concept, very poor execution.
Delete and reinstall the app will fix the update problems
After the 1.3 update , app unexpectedly quits. Delete and reinstall the app will fix the problem. Add your camera after reinstall.

BLUE FLASHING LED
After I updated the app, now my camera flashes a blue led light 100% of the time, Keeping my baby up. How and why does this led come on now?? Never seen it on before. Bright blue. Videosecu

Great App Despite Recent Issue
I have been using PIXPO with a rather “generic"(I say this because I paid about 1/3 of what I would have for a mainstream camera and this one seems to be marketed by many different Asian -based venues) VidoSecu camera for over a year. This FREE app works better than my children’s High End baby Cams’ software. It gives so many options for viewing and listening and is crystal clear on both my iPad and iPhone as well as my PC. Once set up , which is very easy, I get great non-stop coverage of my home. In this new software version there are all the options comparable to an expensive “spy camera” software that I will ever need including email notifications, remote panning and recording video, pictures and sound .

Latest Update Crashes App
It is very frustrating that all of a sudden this app now crashes upon opening just because of the latest update. Please modify the update or return to its original state ASAP!! We use this for our baby video monitor and we really like it!!! Come on app owner, please make your customers happy. Thank you!!!!

Useless
After update had uninstall and reinstall several times for it to even open now it sends me motion alerts every 5 mins wether there is movement or not I mean if it's facing a wall there's no movement had my phone buzzing all night long. Was gonna buy another camera now thinking I need a new system instead.

After update I need to use earphones to hear sounds from camera mic.
