I know it’s frustrating when you try to connect and it doesn't work. Simple solution: before connecting to the camera, turn off your mobile data and Bluetooth, then connect your phone via Wi-Fi 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Useless, why can’t it be fixed?
Pathetic app. Really difficult to connect to the camera, then you can only download one photo at a time. The makers of the camera have been badly let down by the people that made the app.

適切に写真や動画を保存できない
WiFi接続でカメラから画像や動画を送ることはできるのですが、なぜか撮った日付や時間が全く違って保存されます。
そのため順番もばらばらになっていたりと不便です。直せるのなら直していただいたいです……😭

Good app
I’ve read a lot of negative reviews of this app and it seems the biggest complaint is not being able to connect the camera with one’s phone. The simple fix is to put your phone in airplane mode first. Then connect to the camera via its WiFi. Works for me every time.
Demande de mis à jour
Je ne peux plus me connecter à l’application pour avoir l’accès à mes photos. Ça me dit que je n’ai pas la connexion établie entre l’appareil photo et mon portable. Sauf que sur l’appareil photo c’est marqué l’inverse …

Tenho a camera há meses e sempre funcionou perfeitamente, mas se tornou impossível conectar com a rede. O app só mostra fotos antigas
Application defectueuse
Appareil fonctionnait très bien jusque maintenant, il ne se connecte plus sans aucune raison valable. Une mise à jour de l’application serait la bienvenue pour régler ce problème qui, d’après les commentaires que j’ai pu lire ne concerne pas seulement moi.
