We're sorry to hear about your concerns. Based on the information you shared, we suspect there may be some confusion with another app or purchase. The amounts you mentioned do not match any subscription plans offered in our app. We only offer PixTuner as an iOS app through the Apple App Store and do not operate any versions on other platforms. Additionally, all subscriptions and renewals for our iOS app are processed exclusively through Apple's official in-app purchase system. We cannot charge customers directly or process payments outside of Apple's billing system. If you believe the transaction is related to our app, please send your Apple purchase receipt or transaction details to support@matrixsolution.xyz, so we can investigate this thoroughly. If the transaction did not originate from our app, Apple Support or your bank should be able to help identify its source. We're committed to resolving any genuine issue as quickly as possible.

Hi, we understand why this is frustrating, and we’re sorry for the confusion. Our app does not have the ability to charge users directly or manage subscriptions — all purchases and billing are handled securely by Apple through your Apple ID. Because of this, we cannot start, cancel, or hide subscriptions on our end. If a charge was made, it was processed by Apple, usually when a free trial converts into a paid subscription or when a purchase is confirmed with your Apple ID. In some cases, subscriptions may not appear if they were made under a different Apple ID or through another Apple account on the device. We recommend checking your subscriptions here: • Open Settings → Tap your name → Subscriptions or via Apple’s website: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ If you still don’t see it, the best next step is to contact Apple Support directly - they can look into your account, identify the charge, and issue refunds if applicable.
