Not a user friendly. Some of the kg is not in the system tho been advice by the staff.
Grossly outdated app
UI/UX is mediocre like it was stuck in 2012. Addresses are hard to find. Keeps reloading and forces unnecessary pop ups which ruins an already sub par app . It basically mirrors the website and is clunky.
Sad that Pizza Hut Brunei would be like this but the actual Pizza Hut app in other countries are significantly better.

Tried to sign in multiple times but it didn’t work. Then i tried to order as a guest but it still didnt work. App is very bad.
