Delivery not available
The app says delivery isn’t available to my address, despite being able to order from Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats.

Apps fine, seems better than the old version, but it says they don’t deliver to me because there’s no restaurant within 20 miles of me, despite the collection option showing that there are several Pizza Hut locations within a mile of me

Fraud company fraud practices. Lost a large pizza because 9 slices went to bin because of a company’s arrogance
Rewards basically cost you money to claim
You cannot use a deal even ordering if you try to claim a “reward”. So you actually have to pay a lot more to claim a “free” reward. Making them pointless as it’s more expensive to claim them than not. Rewards are a con.

I got an email for a Father’s Day treat. “Book a table for a free buffet or pizza”. Clicked on the link and you have to download the app which was fine. You can’t book a table through the app. What a complete waste of time and effort. You need to sort this out Pizza Hut. Pathetic. 🤬

Broken app since 500.543.0
Today I am very hungry and want pizza hut. I wanted to order and noticed the app had a different icon. Now when I open the app, it just stays in the White Screen with red Pizza Hut logo and nothing happens no matter what I do or how many times I uninstall and reinstall the app.
Good food. Not so great app
The app never moves from ‘order confirmed’ status. Even when the pizza has arrived at my door. C’mon Pizza Hut…sort it out….
Broken login
Entered my email for login. Got a verification link to my inbox. It says valid for 20 mins. Clicked the link in my email and the app says “sorry link expired”.
Whoever is in charge of PizzaHuts app will have seen a sharp drop in usage. Wonder why it’s still so badly broken? Did they fire the human and replace them with something non-human? tsk tsk

Can’t log in anymore
When I go to log in, it sends me an email with a link to click that just opens the page back to the page it was on before.

The app literally doesn’t load. How did you royally mess this up you’re missing out on business.
New app doesn’t work
Gave up trying to order in the new app which is a buggy mess. I press add to basket and nothing happens. Reload the app and have to login again, but nothing happens when I press the link in my email. Gave up in the end!

Now can’t sign in so order domino’s then.
It gives you a link for an email you click that and end up in a never-ending loop

Always great service ! Always comes extremely hot ! Foods always delicious 😋 !!! CHANGE YOUR APP …. If I go off the app and close it when I go back on there isn’t any tracking or anything ….. I’m a fat boy ….. I like to know how close my food is …… other than that absolutely never been let down
