I loved the app because it is easy to place and order but this is the second time I can’t open the app, it just keeps stalling. I had to delete and re install the app the first time, this second time I’m just deleting it.

Loyalty $$$

The app is decent for sure, however I’m super peeved at the fact that I lost all my loyalty rewards and that no one can do anything. “Sorry for any inconvenience”.
I get that it’s FREE $$, but don’t advertise something you cannot fully guarantee.
