No seriously it’s been over 8 years? You bother me with deals and then the app never opens ? Wtf
Food Not As Good
Food used to be great but quality and topping amount is not the same as it was a few weeks ago. Now it tastes terrible.
Not loading
We order pizza on Fridays. To the point that they remember our order when we come in. The app has not loaded for us in 3 weeks. It’s been lovely to be able to order before we leave the house so it’s ready when we get there and still scalding when we get back home.

Yeah it’s not working
App never gets past the launch screen with the loading spinner . Running the latest iOS on an iPhone 14 Pro Max . Oh well there are other pizza apps that at least work (this is with version 4.8.5) . Have uninstalled , power cycled and reinstalled the app again but yeah no good .
App not user friendly
The app is confusing and not all intuitive. It makes ordering difficult.

Ever since the last few updates I can’t even get into the app because it’s forever stuck on the loading screen. If I want pizza pizza I have to order through skip the dishes which defeats the purpose of having the pizza pizza app on my phone

Scamming App
Went to BC Lions game and won a slice of free pizza. Doesn’t work at all.
The free pizza is NOT FREE
Misleading and frustrating. They advertise it as $4.99, but you actually have to spend at least $10 to get it. If you don’t make the purchase, you don’t receive the offer. They also make it seem like it’s free because you’ve bought items before, but that’s not really the case. On top of that, everything has to be done through the app—the customer service team can’t help you. Feel free to call me if you want to discuss this further.
