I tried to log in. Says no match. Reset password & gave account information of account number & user ID. Password successfully reset but still won’t open app when I try to log in.

Looks like only get rewards if one orders online. App is very confusing. Just want to know what and how many reward points I have.

Waited an hour for the pizza to arrive called the place ten times never picked up went to the place asked for the pizza never got it in the end.
New update much appreciated
The app looks different and I no longer have any trouble staying signed in when starting an order. The update is much appreciated! Good deals found on the Deals page once I start an order too.

Great Food, terrible app
Tonight’s process: sign up, choose favorite location, input credit card info and home address, then sign in. That process makes sense. But then then the fun begins: Even after signing in, still have to type out the restaurant location you want to order from (why choose a favorite when signing up?), and I still have to input my address for delivery (why have me type out my home address when signing up?), and then I still have to input my credit card info again when placing the order. What’s the point of even signing up when every order is as difficult as this?

App says it’s upgrading. Doesn’t let me order. Doesn’t redirect. Hasn’t worked for 2 months. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Very disappointing

App friendliness
Pizza Ranch food is great. Don’t get me wrong. However, why when using the app does nothing work? If you push the wrong item you can’t remove it from your cart. Other issues occur where I have to close the app and restart the process. My wife also has the issue when using the app. Hopefully they will find a fix to this. I know the east answer is to just call. But it’s nice to have the ability to see the menu and order directly from the app.
