App circles
Downloaded the app about 20 minutes ago and I can’t get into it now. It didn’t recognize my password so I had to reset it. I reset it and it doesn’t recognize the new password. So round and round we go. In this day and age this shouldn’t happen. Don’t worry, you’re not the only one that can’t figure out how to make a user friendly app. I’ll find another pizza place.

App needs work
Trashy app. Cant log in and it keeps saying user not found but then I go to make a account and then it says I have a account already, if I go to have my info reset it says it’s successful the turns around and says user not found again
Can not order
Order tool is not working at all can not scroll to add to cart on any items
App doesn’t work
If I can’t access the app & it’s “perks”, I’m not bothering to visit the store.
Terrible App!
After successfully logging in on the website and resetting my password multiple times the app still says that there are “No matching guests”. Obviously there is a matching guest because I can log in online. It’s pointless and to have an app if it’s not functional. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Terrible glitchy app. Cuts off bottom of screen so can’t place an order. Cost you an order tonight
App Sucks
I have tried to log in numerous times and the app keeps telling me I don’t have an account. So I guess we eat elsewhere
Log in fail
I tried to log in. Says no match. Reset password & gave account information of account number & user ID. Password successfully reset but still won’t open app when I try to log in.

We walked in for lunch and Ty (Duluth location) was friendly, funny and welcoming. From the front door to the dining room floor. The pizza was delicious!

Food

Yum
Very clean. Good food if you get it hot sometimes they run out of cream for your coffee so you better bring your own.
Rewards
Looks like only get rewards if one orders online. App is very confusing. Just want to know what and how many reward points I have.
Pay
has an option to pick up at the store but not pay there🤦
