How it works: 1. Set guest time Enter the date and time when your guests arrive. 2. Choose fermentation time The app compares different fermentation times. This lets you see at a glance when each work step would take place. 3. Configure the dough calculator Set the number and size of dough balls, choose the yeast type, and define hydration and salt percentage. You can also add a second flour type, such as spelt or wholegrain flour. Once everything is set, you receive an ingredient list and a complete schedule. 4. Save work steps Save your plan in the app and optionally add reminders. This lets you reopen your work steps later, add comments, and adjust the plan if needed.
