Waste of time - unable to order
I have tried many times to order using the app, but never once got past the Cloudflare verification. This is the only app or website that has this problem!
Cloudfare verification
The app itself seem good but the verification keeps stalling. Cloudfare is the continuous loading circle preventing the order.

Login Problems
Cannot login to app, seems the display is too big for iPhone 17, no matter what you do, you cannot make display smaller or move it about, login section is at bottom of screen with only half the touch button showing so you cannot login, absolutely useless, can only login using website.
Completely bugged
Despite deleting and redownloading (AND ENSURING MY PHONE IS ON THE LATEST IOS UPDATE before anyone says I need to update to the latest ios) the app will not do anything apart from tell me to close the app and download the latest update. The last update was a month ago? Terrible app for an otherwise excellent business.

i can’t use the app until i update it however i can’t update the stupid thing because it won’t let me
Not fit for purpose
Constant issues with not recognising location or pizzeria. Unable to check in, etc. Too stressful to use.
Never sends verification or password
Joined multiple times but never gives the verification code despite checking junk inbox. Rubbish and I will avoid the restaurant as a result as I am missing out on all the deals
Waste of time
Tried to register to log in to the app. But no verification code received even though the email address is correct and not in the junk folder.
Ridiculous data grab
Don’t use the app it’ll try and force you to make an account even if you press checkout as guest.

My phone is not as up to date as Pizza Express would like it to be
Unfortunately I am not able to enjoy any of my Gold tier rewards anymore unless I get a better (more up to date) phone first! Why not allow greater accessibility to the rewards? It would be helpful if customers had loyalty cards for example, rather than relying on the app (which doesn’t always work well - even if it was up to date!)

App will not allow login
App willl not send verification email. Can log in on website but the app is unusable. Please fix ASAP
Account suspended without PizzaExpress willing to discuss the matter.
Before visiting my local pizza Express ,I opened my app and was told that my account ( Gold Level) had been suspended due to suspicious activity. After contacting Pizza Express, they were dismissive and not willing to resolve the issue. Disgraceful!
Don’t trust the promos
I was in a restaurant and saw that I had a buy one get one free promo on the app. I ordered the pizzas. By the time it came to pay I opened to app again pay only to find that the promotions had all been changed and they would not honour the promo. Apparently due to the app updating or some excuse. Either way, not impressed with the way this app works. Complained to customer service but pizza express refused to honour it.

The app won’t fit on the screen of my new iPhone, so I can’t use it. Useless.

Force people to re login, app doesn’t work, no email reset, send reset password link to blank url. Waste of time
