GDPR Bug
Finally gave up on this app used to be great but now I unusable it’s totally bricked for me with a message saying you are using VPN or Blocking Ads which I am no, there is no way for me to fix this my side I have no issues with a few ads but no settings I can change to make this work. Developer seems to ignore others in reviews here that say the same

Unusable
Can’t use the app because the devs are obsessed with ad revenue, some BS about GDPR even though I can’t opt out of targeted ads anywhere in the app. They should just fix this and let people use it on a VPN or airplane mode. I’ll go elsewhere.

Best dough app but needs paid option
I love this app and in my opinion it’s the best calculator of the ones I have tried, that said I truly wish you guys would just add a paid option to remove ads because I use a network wide ad block solution that effectively bricks this app. I have to disable my ad block just to get this app to start and then re-enable it after which is really annoying. Please just give us an option to purchase the app without ads.

Very useful
This app takes the quest work out of time and temperature. Those two items should be considered as ingredients as the are just as important as flour and water.
Perfect pizza every time
I love this app, I use a sourdough starter mostly but sometimes we don’t have the time! You can switch up to make sure you get the dough ready for any timings or yeast you have, so flexible. Only improvement I would make is a basic instructions in the help section for those new to making pizza: timings for kneading, bulk proofing, dividing in to balls, second proof etc. Ken Forkish is your man for a pizza recipe in my opinion, enjoy!

Awesome Pizza App
I have been using this app for quite some time. I am a pan pizza type and glad it has the pan option. Several option in the settings and can even save recipes. This is definitely a top pizza app and it’s free. However, I wouldn’t mind supporting an ad free version.

Cependant, il serait intéressant d’avoir un glossaire mathématique qui montre les formule employées pour avoir vraiment une encyclopédie de la pâte. De plus certains paramètres sont figées mais pas modifiable ni expliqué comme la levure par exemple
On explique pas pourquoi tant de gramme si tant d’heure à TA ou TC, si tant de gramme etc

Beste Pizza App
Super zufrieden wenn man mal durchgestiegen ist. Nutze ich alle paar Tage und kann dann schauen was ich brauche je nach dem wie viel Vorlaufzeit ich noch habe wenn’s auch mal spontan sein soll. Super Hilfe klappt klasse. Danke!
GDPR
Doesn’t work with an active pi-hole. App falsely claims GDPR cannot be accepted or rejected because of blocked ads.
Won’t work without activity tracking
When I asked the app not to track my activity across other devices after installation, it locked the app with an error message telling me I was bad for not accepting their data gathering. No way to use the app without personalized ads, so no thank you.
Perfection
I have finally perfected pizza dough through the calculations of this app. I could have never done it without this. I love the added bonus of being able to save and name all the different recipes (ratios) I’m putting together. I love being able to keep track of weight of 1 dough, hydration, and type of flour I’m using. Thank you to whoever came up with this App!

This is not only the best pizza app on the market, but I can’t live without it. It makes making pizza especially Neapolitan so easy to the creators of this app. I love you very much.
Needs tweaking
Been making pizza professionally for a while and always use cold fermentation with consistently great results. Now that I’m getting much busier and running out of fridge space, I need to cut proofing time down. Followed this calculator using IDY for a 24 hr RT rise at 68 degrees F and dough did not rise as expected. The taste was there, but the crust was flatter than I’m used to. I did notice in settings that you can adjust yeast recommendations up or down, but then what’s the point of using a calculator? I keep a very thorough log of my dough making process, so for me, trying to take the guess work out of it, this app was not what I was hoping for.

As you develop your dough it’s great to have an easy reference tool that allows you to reset your starting points, this allows for better consistency on your journey. Highly recommend
Indispensable tool
What you should know is that this is less a recipe app than it is a yeast calculator. There are many variables you can throw at it including different kinds of fermentation- cold or room temperature as well as defining how long you will ferment in these fermentations. It uses bakers percentage to calculate your salt, fat, water, and flour. So, it’s helping you to build YOUR recipe, rather than it giving you a recipe. Such an outstanding tool!

Invalable tool for making pizza at home
My dough amount changes depending on guest count and also my time availability is not the same ever time we decide to make pizza. This app resolves all these recipe questions and is super accurate. Thanks to the team that created it!!!
