Doesn’t work
After at least a dozen times, trying to register an account, I finally gave up… It would start saying that the password wasn’t the same when it was… Then it would say that the address was invalid, even though it shows it on the little map… our town is only 13,500 so it’s not a raging metropolis… Probably one of the poorest restaurant apps I’ve used to date

Sauce Options
I love pizzavile and order from them alot but they need to update their sauce options. On the app the only choices you have are regular, no sauce, light and extra. I would like to see cream sauces or olive oil sauce. Just more choices other than how much or little of tomato sauce
Not a great app.
The pizza is good, the store & employees are fine, but this app should be a lot better. It’s difficult to navigate, things are hard to find; and then, when I think I have it figured out, I see that I’ve ordered three pizzas instead of the one I wanted. After sorting the order out, I arrive at the store and learn that they didn’t receive it. Someone really should fix this.

The app does not let me sign up, create an account, or forget password. You can’t checkout as a guest either so the app is unusable at this point in time.
Great pizza/Terrible App that crashes
I hate to do this because I’m a big fan of their pizza but I’m not reviewing the pizza and hope this review helps them improve. To put it simply the app immediately crashes on opening . It’s been like this for some time now.

Look at all the recent 1-Star reviews with the same experience. This app used to be great but there’s obviously zero app support since there hasn’t been a fix provided for this issue.
Messy order flow
The app defaults to delivery and you have go back and change it if you want to pick up.
Also, it does not take gift card amount and charges your credit card even after entering your gift card number.
