WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!
The driver missed my road and was not using GPS. I even asked during the journey why GPS wasn’t being used, but the route continued to be inefficient. To avoid being taken even further away, I ended the trip and walked instead.
When I contacted customer support to explain what happened, the situation got worse. The representative raised their voice at me, blamed me for not directing the driver, and then hung up the phone mid-conversation. Completely unacceptable behaviour.

Never had an issue using the app but tonight was asked to pay an additional 3.00 on top of what I’d paid on the app when I asked why he said because it’s Friday night. I called the office and spoke with a manager who said they have an issue with the app not charging enough apparently which they are trying to resolve but that’s not my fault and the price you are given and pay should stand
