WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!
The driver missed my road and was not using GPS. I even asked during the journey why GPS wasn’t being used, but the route continued to be inefficient. To avoid being taken even further away, I ended the trip and walked instead.
When I contacted customer support to explain what happened, the situation got worse. The representative raised their voice at me, blamed me for not directing the driver, and then hung up the phone mid-conversation. Completely unacceptable behaviour.

Never had an issue using the app but tonight was asked to pay an additional 3.00 on top of what I’d paid on the app when I asked why he said because it’s Friday night. I called the office and spoke with a manager who said they have an issue with the app not charging enough apparently which they are trying to resolve but that’s not my fault and the price you are given and pay should stand

Rang for taxi said it would be £10.00 from Willington to repton tried to charge £20 then £15 ….. I said no they said £10.00 he said I’ve had to come from Normanton I said well you shouldn’t have excepted the fare he said ok just pay £10 and stop stressing him out and he dropped me off street away from home DO NOT USE THESE !!!!!

The drivers are so rude, even though they have card payments, they refuse to use them . They don’t know customer service. Horrible

Taxi driver so so. But the guy on a phone was very rude however I would never ever in this or any other life recommend this taxi. Long story short, u better off walking.
Avoid
Booked a taxi at 18:00 to arrive at 19:00. Estimated fair was £4.70 happy days. At 19:05 got a call saying it would be £20 and they was going to have to drive from Derby so would probably be another 25 minutes. Made me late and they didn’t seem to care. Why didn’t they ring me until after 5 minutes late? Never mind the App avoid the company.

Taxi back from town 31/8/19 quickest route, polite & courteous, and cheaper than my usual Albatross. Fair play to PJ’s, app downloaded and will definitely use again.
Worst selection of route
On time taxi but driver chose busy route, before app show me estimated money £4.40 but half of way taxi meter show me £5 and take off because don’t want o pay him like airport fare,,, Uber is best because no hidden charges
