Why is this still active as something to download if it’s still in development? It’s been in the App Store well over a year

Doesn’t work still, which is what all the reviews have said for 2 years now. Clearly they don’t care about fixing it.

It will not let me login. I’ve tried multiple times on different days connected to different WiFi’s nd using cell data. It literally does not work. Fix the app!

Don’t get the app
The app looks good for what I saw the sign up page because it won’t let me sign up I tried deleting and getting it back nope it won’t let me this app is actually trash and needs to get fixed

Will not create or log into accounts. Pointless and inefficient app. No purpose.
Account sign up
I tried to register for an account, needless to say it would not let me sign up. I tried several times. Please fix your app. You are going to lose customers because they can’t redeem loyalty points or even gain them. Thanks
Never would open
I tried resetting password several times but all it displays is the sign in page. Terrible.
Awful app
The app is one of the most poorly designed and executed apps. It doesn’t let you even sign up. Why bother to make public such a poor excuse of an app to negatively represent such a good coffee. Shame on you!
